[04] WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Must Have

3+ years of real, shipped work in your domain
A clear example of explaining something hard to a beginner, and them getting it
Comfort being in front of 12–25 students for 60–90 minutes
Availability for one cohort + weekly office hours, sustainably
